Process Piping
We are an installer and fabricator of piping systems, specializing in stainless steel food piping. We can fabricate systems for a new facility or service minor repairs to existing piping systems.
Our engineers are available to help design to any of your project’s specifications. We work closely with suppliers of air compressors, hot water heaters, Chemco Water Systems, water filtration systems and offer a full array of sanitary piping solutions with CIP options. Millwright Services
Burke Industrial, Inc. offers general millwright services. While we do not build any equipment or conveyors, we can assist you with the relocation or setting of new OEM equipment. Our shop has a large break press and iron worker along with other miscellaneous equipment to fulfill our customers’ fabrication needs.
Engineering Design
Burke Industrial, Inc. has architects and engineers available to assist you with your plant expansion and engineering needs. Our design team is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia. Part of our enjoyment with design-build projects is turning a customer’s concept into a successful working operation. From single line changes to plant additions and new construction, we can help you with your expansion needs.
Steel Fabrication and Erection
Burke Industrial, Inc. has the capability to design and fabricate steel structures to suit any of your building requirements. Our experience includes building small additions inside of buildings to large sheds and new building structures. The majority of our steel fabrication is done at our shop. We also erect smaller builds with our own crews and offer turn-key building solutions starting from excavation through final building erection on smaller projects. On larger projects, we work with several different fab shops to ensure the project remains on schedule.
Fabrication Shop
At Burke Industrial, Inc., our fabrication shop is outfitted with a sheer, press break, ironworker and other equipment to fulfill our customers’ needs for fabrication. We build trench drains in shop and offer multiple grading options for your specific requests. Of course, our welding services include MIG, TIG and stick welding to suit the project’s requirements.
